Exploring Boulevard World

In the heart of Riyadh, a vibrant celebration of culture and entertainment is hosted every year called Riyadh Season. Boulevard World, a key feature, stands as a testament to the opening of Saudi Arabia to the world and the world to Saudi.

In 2023 the area is 40% bigger than it was in 2022 and includes the world’s largest man-made lake, 1,180 shops, 120 restaurants and cafés and concerts and shows.

This magnificent event has something for everyone, young, old, families, tourists – native Saudis or International visitors. It is a must see attraction and attracts millions, who come to experience the fusion of tradition and modernity. This influx has a significant economic impact, boosting local businesses and showcasing Saudi hospitality to the world but also bringing other cultures to Saudi.

And best of all you won’t need a suitcase for this trip. You can “travel” to France, China, Mexico, America, India, Morocco, Spain, Italy and Greece without heading to the airport.

Boulevard World: A Cultural Mosaic

Boulevard World is a marvel, a place where the world merges under the Saudi sky. It blends international cuisines, entertainment, and artistic expressions in a dazzling display of global diversity. Each corner of Boulevard World offers a glimpse into a different country’s way of life, making it an ideal setting for cultural immersion.

But you do need tickets – there are a variety you can choose from: 58 SAR For Weekend Entry, 29 SAR For Weekday Entry, 109 SAR For BLVD World Value Ticket, 218 SAR For BLVD World Gold Ticket, 327 SAR For BLVD World VIP Ticket, 520 SAR For BLVD World Family Ticket – you can book them via their official portal HERE. For the thrill-seekers, there are adrenaline-pumping rides and roller coasters that promise an unforgettable experience. The sound of laughter and screams fills the air as families and friends enjoy the rides together. It’s a reminder that, amid all the technological advancements and cultural celebrations, some things, like the joy of a good roller coaster, remain timeless. There are so many exciting things happening and we regularly travel there and keep you up to date with the Star-CaT’s Middle East Insights Newsletter, so don’t miss out and click to subscribe.

Gastronomic Delights: Boulevard City is a food lover’s paradise. It hosts an eclectic range of restaurants and food stalls, offering a tantalising selection of cuisines. You can savour traditional Saudi dishes like Kabsa and Mandi or explore international flavours from around the world. The air is filled with the mouthwatering aroma of grilling kebabs, freshly baked bread, and aromatic spices.

It’s not just about the food; it’s about the experience. Dining under the open sky, surrounded by the lively ambiance of Boulevard World, makes every meal a memorable occasion. Whether you’re a foodie seeking new culinary adventures or simply looking to satisfy your cravings, they have you covered.

Retail Therapy: If you’re a shopping enthusiast, Boulevard World has you covered. It features a range of retail outlets dedicated to the specific country where you can shop to your heart’s content. From fashion boutiques showcasing the latest trends to artisanal markets offering unique handmade crafts, you can find a diverse array of products whether you are in Greece or Egypt. My favourites were the pyramids without having to go to Egypt.
